The REFCUL plant has been operating at the Borovsk site of the SEZ Kaluga since 2019. The range of manufactured products allows us to provide import substitution in the market of climatic and refrigeration equipment in Russia. At the same time, the products have a proven export potential with a high degree of use of Russian-made raw materials and components.
