The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation has re-accredited the Grabtsevo Industrial Park of the Kaluga region.
State support is being provided to industrial parks included in the register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. If necessary, the industrial park can be funded with federal budget resources to develop large-scale infrastructure projects in this territory.
Since 2016, it is essential for industrial parks to be included in the register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia to be provided with state support. To do this, parks must follow the accreditation procedure by submitting the necessary set of documents.
It should be reminded that the first industrial sites that passed the verification procedure in 2016 were the four largest parks in the Kaluga Region: Vorsino, Grabtsevo, Rosva and Kaluga-Yug. The region’s industrial parks have proven to be effective. More than 70 of 116 new enterprises have been built on their territory. Localized industries transferred their taxes of almost 300 billion rubles to the budgets of all levels.
The total area of the Grabtsevo Industrial Park is 390 hectares with 11 residents located there, among which are the automobile enterprise and the Volkswagen Group Rus engine manufacturer, the Fuyao Glass Rus automotive glass manufacturer, the Novo Nordisk modern insulin pharmaceutical enterprise, the Berlin-Pharma pharmaceutical enterprise, etc. More than 6,500 jobs have been created.
