On June 3, within the XXIV St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), a cooperation agreement was signed between the Kaluga Region, KSS RUS LLC and FV Development JSC. The document was signed by Vladislav Shapsha, Governor of the Kaluga Region, Ivan Molev, Head of the KSS RUS LLC branch, Svetlana Panzhina, General Director of FV Development JSC.

KSS RUS is already implementing a project in the Kaluga Region. A large-scale distribution center for receiving container trains with polymer products has become part of the Freight Village Vorsino Multimodal Transport and Logistics Center. The general partner of the project was PJSC SIBUR Holding, which products constitute about 75% of the complex built. Investments – 2.3 billion rubles. More than 65 positions have been created.

The agreement signed within the SPIEF’21 provides for the new logistics complex of KSS RUS for handling goods and cargo of partner companies, including export-oriented ones.

The planned amount of investments at the 1st stage is 900 million rubles, with 900 million rubles at the 2nd stage. The number of positions is 40.

“This agreement was signed to confirm our serious intentions for the further company development in the Russian Federation, in particular, in the Kaluga region. We are constantly working to expand the logistics product line of services for our clients. In the near future, in addition to the construction of a new KSS terminal, the company also plans to launch a new expanded service for the bulk delivery of polymers using modern KSS polymer carriers. I am confident that we will be able to have solid achievements with such partners as the Kaluga Region and Freight Village Vorsino”, Ivan Molev said.
