Financial support measures

The Industrial Development Fund provides loans for the implementation of projects aimed at the introduction of advanced technologies, the creation of new products or the organization of import-substituting industries.

The Industrial Development Fund of the Kaluga Region was founded by expanding the activities of the Non-Profit Organization "Fund for the Promotion of Venture Investments in Small Enterprises in the Scientific and Technical Sphere of the Kaluga Region". The Fund's founder is the Ministry of Economic Development and Industry of the Kaluga Region.

The purpose of the Fund is to increase the availability of loans to finance priority areas for the development of regional industry.

The Industrial Development Fund of the Kaluga Region has all the necessary tools to provide such support to industrial enterprises in the region. The programs are absolutely transparent and consistent. When forming a loan application package, the Industrial Development Fund of the Kaluga Region will provide all the necessary consulting and methodological assistance.
