The Investment Council under the Governor of the Kaluga Region (hereinafter referred to as the Council) is a coordinating advisory body formed in order to create a favorable investment climate in the Kaluga Region, to implement the state policy in the field of investment activities in the Kaluga Region, to consider issues related to the implementation of the investment strategy of the Kaluga Region, preliminary consideration of issues related to the placement of productive forces on the territory of the Kaluga region related to the implementation of investment projects.
