OPENING CEREMONY FOR THE PLANT
Ultra Decor LLC produces base paper from finished pulp as well as from decorative and impregnated paper. It is the second of four projects being implemented by Kronospan in Kaluga Region. New plant will provide Kronospan Kaluga with raw materials for the production of laminated MDF/HDF boards. The company has implemented the concept of zero-waste production. They apply closed loop technologies.
Over 12,9 billion rubles have been invested in the construction of the plant and 154 jobs have been created. The production capacity will make it possible to produce not less than 40 thousand tons of base paper per year. And 17,1 thousand tons of decorative paper and 150 million square meters of impregnated paper per year in future.
