Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin sent a salutary message to Kaluga Region Governor Anatoly Artamonov in connection with the Days of Moscow organized in Kaluga Region.

It says as follows: “2012 witnessed a historic event – the borders of the Russian capital were extended. Today there is a common border between Moscow and Kaluga Region. We became closer to each other. This means long-standing mutually beneficial relations between our regions are to come to an entirely new level. The residents of Kaluga Region will also benefit from Large Moscow Agglomeration development. We are to elaborate and implement joint solutions related to transport infrastructure development, identify new growth areas and create new jobs for residents of both regions”.

Moscow Mayor also expressed his confidence that the Days of Moscow in Kaluga Region would become a joint holiday as well as a good venue to discuss plans for further cooperation.
