Low-tonnage commercial vehicles production plant to be built in Kaluga Region
The investment project implementation will take place within the framework of an agreement of intent signed between AVTOTRAK and the Government of Kaluga Region.
The document provides for the construction of a low-tonnage commercial vehicles production plant on a vacant land plot of the Grabtsevo Industrial Park. The amount of investments in the project will amount to 1.9 bln rubles. Up to 150 new jobs will be created at the enterprise.
For reference:
Grabtsevo Industrial Park has been developing since 2009. The total area is 390 ha. To date, 12 residents working mainly in the automotive industry are implementing their projects in the IP.
